Someone sent me the poster below. Even as a cat lover, I have to admit it raised a hair or two on the back of my neck.
Has anyone ever worked for a boss that used intimidation as their management style? Something for all small business owners to remember—it destroys all semblance of teamwork.

Just awful, Bob! Quite disturbing. Very little innovation happens in such an environment. Intimidation is a massive damper of creativity. By the way, that’s a good photo to represent the ugliness of it all.

Judith – You’re right, intimidation is the ugliest of all management practices, and totally destroys any and all forms of innovation. Sadly, it is also a fairly common occurrence in today’s workplace. Too bad we can’t pin this photo over the desk of every manager and supervisor that practices intimidation.
