Bob, you couldn't be more right on! Funny how in the midst of tightening credit for small business, two of our three biggest, mis-managed, bloated, greedy automakers get a $5BILLION dollar "loan" with another $1BILLION waiting in the wings for them!

One of my small businesses is about to lose a piece of real estate that has been held in my family for 17 years because the FEDS told our bank no more extensions on the loan, call it now. I have spent the better part of the last year trying to refinance a spectacular piece of property at 40% LTV with no banks even willing to look at it. The only investors are those who are sitting in the branches drooling over the spoils. The American people, the tax payers will suffer the most. I heard today that as many as 73,000 retail stores (chains, not just the mom and pops) will close their doors in 2009 while Congress just voted themselves another frickin pay raise!! What's wrong with this picture?

Pissed in the USA!!!
